When the matter was called on 02.02.2021, it was reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner is no more and further he submitted that he need some time to file the implead petition to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed 1/3

the Registry to list the case on 22.02.2021. Today, when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that though sufficient opportunities were given to the petitioner, till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased/sole petitioner. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
