ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.09.2018 and to reinstate the petitioner in service with all benefits.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner worked in TASMAC as Assistant salesman and an internal audit took place on 20.02.2012 and a report was submitted in that regard. Thereafter, one Govindarajan who was the superior officer to the petitioner, received a memo dated 23.04.2013 stating that shortage of Rs.72,000/- was noticed and the petitioner herein was directed to appear before the office of the respondent and to pay a sum of Rs.35,000/- and subsequently the petitioner was relieved from duty on 23.04.2013 and there was no disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner.

On 09.02.2018, the petitioner received a memo to deposit the amount of alleged shortage of Rs.52,452/- to the credit of TASMAC and he remitted the said amount on 26.02.2018. 4.Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation on Feb 2018 and 24.09.208 respectively to re-instate him in service, but the same was not considered. Since the petitioner's representation was not yet considered, this writ petition came to be filed.
5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, the respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
