Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth and fifth respondents to process the application of the petitioner seeking for issuance of Second Provisional Certificate at the earliest point in time and consequently direct the third respondent Council to register the name of the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

For R2 : Mr.M.Loganathan For R3 : Mr.G.Sankaran For R4 : No Appearance For R5 : Mr.D.Ravichander Standing Counsel ***** O R D ER This writ petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th and 5th respondents to process the application of the petitioner seeking for issuance of Second Provisional Certificate at the earliest point in time and consequently direct the third respondent Council to register the name of the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 23.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that the petitioner name has already been entered in the permanent Register and the permanent medical registration certificate has also been issued on 26.11.2018. The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is with regard to the issuance of 2nd provisional certificate to the petitioner and to register the name of the petitioner with the Tamilnadu Medical Council/3rd respondent, which was already issued on 26.11.2018 and also registered the name of the petitioner, there is nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to take appropriate instructions from his client as regards the issuance of Certificate and registration of the name of the petitioner. Since the respondent has made submissions and produced a copy of the medical registration certificate issued to the petitioner, this Court is of the view, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not required to take any more instructions from his client and to make any further submission before this Court.
4. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
