2. This writ petition is filed seeking for mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant due fees based on the petitioner's representations dated 26.07.2010, 20.09.2017 and 12.06.2018.
3. The case of the petitioner is as follows:
The petitioner is appointed as a Additional Government Pleader cum Additional Public Prosecutor at the Subordinate Court and District Munsif Court, Udumalpet. The petitioner represented the Court as Additional Government Pleader cum Additional Public Prosecutor from 07.08.2006 to 14.07.2011 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers
several civil and criminal cases. From the year 2006, all his fee bills are pending before the first respondent. The petitioner made representations on 26.07.2010, 20.09.2017 and 12.06.2018 along with case numbers, party details etc., seeking due fee. The said representation has not been considered by the first respondent so far. Hence, the present writ petition is filed before this Court.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even after filing the writ petition, the petitioner made further representation in the month of February 2020 with all necessary details and the first respondent has not considered the claim of the petitioner so far.

Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner seeking his fee for appearing as Additional Government Pleader cum Additional Public Prosecutor from 07.08.2006 to 14.07.2011 and pass orders on the same based on the details furnished by the petitioner with regard to the case numbers, party details etc., Needless to state that the first respondent can cross check those details with the details available with the concerned officials. The first respondent accordingly, shall pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
