ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running a travel business and there is money dispute between the parties. In this regard, the respondent police is repeatedly calling the petitioner for enquiry.
3. It is clear that the nature of dispute that is revealed in this case is purely civil in nature. The respondent Police is directed to relegate the parties to appear before the appropriate Civil Court and it is made clear that the respondent Police shall not harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
