Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of petitioner's appeal dated 09.08.2018.

ORDER

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of petitioner's appeal dated 09.08.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent, on 09.08.2018, challenging the order passed by the second respondent, in issuing patta to the third parties, despite representation made by the petitioner on 27.06.2018. 4.Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expressing any opinion on the merits of the appeal, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 09.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
