Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the respondents to Grant Temporary Approval for appointment of Tmt.S.Hellaen Pamila, B.T. Tamil w.e.f. 01.09.2017 and Tmt.Raveena Banu B.T. History w.e.f. 01.09.2017 with teaching grant (in CMP.No.20711/2018) pending disposal of the above WA.No.2562/2018.

Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J We have heard Mr.S.N.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant and Ms.V.Annalakshmi, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2.This is a petition filed by the Petitioner/Appellant seeking to direct the respondents to grant temporary approval for appointment of Tmt.S.Hallaen Pamila, B.T. Tamil w.e.f 01.09.2017 and Tmt.Reveena Banu, B.T. History w.e.f. 01.09.2017 with teaching grant, pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.

3. The prayer sought for by the Petitioner/Appellant for interim direction cannot be granted at this juncture, as it would amount to allowing the appeal.

4.Hence, this petition is dismissed.
