Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honorable Court in the order dt 07.09.2018 made in Crl.O.P.No.21674 of 2018 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARAN AND UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.PRABHAVATHI, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21674 of 2018, dated 07.09.2018.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
