A request has been made by the learned Subordinate Judge, Palladam for grant of three more months to dispose of the renumbered suit in O.S.No.6 of 2019.

2. On an earlier occasion, this Court directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit not later than 28.6.2019. Since the suit has been transferred from the file of the Sub Court, Avinashi to the Sub Court, Palladam, this Court grants three months time to the learned Subordinate Judge, Palladam to dispose of the renumbered suit in O.S.No.6 of 2019. It is made clear that no more extension shall be granted and the Court below shall take up the matter on a day to day basis.
