This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The matter pertains to the matrimonial dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondent is directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
