This application is filed to appoint employee of the applicant viz., Mr.Sudheer, Sr. Legal Executive as receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle, which is more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the Advocate Commissioner was already appointed and subsequently, the matter has also been settled between the parties. He would seek additional remuneration for the efforts undertaken by the Advocate Commissioner in this regard.

3. In view of the above, a further sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) is directed to be paid by the applicant as additional remuneration within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this application is closed.
