By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the the first and second respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 08.10.2018 by preventing the 3rd respondent not to register any document relating to the petitioner's property in S.No.100/13 at Mel Chittamur Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District to any third party.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 08.10.2018, requesting him not to register any document relating to the petitioner's property. As no orders have been passed on the same till date, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
4. Heard Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.10.2018 and pass orders on on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent herein and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, third respondent herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
