This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 02.08.2018 in C.S.R.No.430 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
