The Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 12.04.2018 passed by the learned District Munsif, Palacode, in I.A.No.842 of 2017 in O.S.No.80 of 2017, thereby dismissing
the petition for rejection of plaint.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
