O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's application filed for regularization of unapproved lay out.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed an application before the respondent seeking regularization of un-approved plot as per G.O.Ms.No.78 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(3)] dt:04.05.2017, but the application was not considered by the respondent so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent by an order dated 08.11.2018 rejected the application filed by the petitioner and he has also produced the copy of the order.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner's application has already been disposed of, nothing survives in this writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

always open to the petitioner to challenge the order if he aggrieved over the same. The respondent is also directed to furnish the copy of the order to the petitioner. No costs.
