This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to investigate and register the first Information Report based on the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.498 of 2018 dated 02.10.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
