This contempt petition has been filed seeking order to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 05.07.2018 made in W.P.No. 8958 of 2013 of this Court.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate by referring a letter dated 05.12.2018 issued by Tahsildar, Ariyalur that the encroachment made by the fourth respondent was already removed and the order passed by this Court on 05.07.2018 in W.P.No.8958 of 2013 has been complied with. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.
3. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
