ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Challenging the order passed by the second respondent in Memo No.376/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 06.06.2018, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detention order has been passed on 06.06.2018 and one year has expired. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this habeas corpus petition.

3.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
