The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the present writ petition has become infructuous since the shops allotted to the members of the petitioner's Sangam were shifted to some other place.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, nothing survives in the petition for further adjudication and therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous by this Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
