C.M.P.No.20808 of 2018 in A.S.No.SR669 of 2009 P.T.ASHA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for permitting the petitioners to withdraw a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) which is lying to the credit of this Court by issuing a cheque in the name of Indian Institute of Engineering Technology.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent submitted that he has no objection to the petition being allowed.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to disburse the said amount on or before 19.12.2018.
