PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to pass an order of direction, directing the respondents herein to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members and to the properties of the petitioner herein by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 09.11.2018 For Petitioner : M/S.R.Nalliyappan For Respondents : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Addl. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2. The nature of the dispute that has been projected by the learned counsel for the petitioner reveals that the third respondent is interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the property belonging to the petitioner. This dispute cannot be resolved by the respondent Police and the petitioner has to necessarily work out her remedy before the appropriate Civil Court.

3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy before the appropriate Civil Court in the manner known to law.
