ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife Madhumitha aged 26 and set her at liberty.

2. Having heard counsel for petitioner, we have interacted with the petitioner as also his wife in chambers. While petitioner stands by that which is stated in his affidavit and of his wife having been forcibly taken away by her parents and her relatives, of their having snatched her thali throwing it on the road, the alleged detenue/wife informs that being unhappy with the petitioner she had called for her aunt towards leaving the matrimonial home and that the removal of the thali was her act.

3. In circumstance, where the wife of the petitioner repeatedly informs that she is not under any illegal detention or under compulsion of anybody, this petition shall stand closed.
