Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry under Section 78 of the Multi State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002 on the complaint of the petitioner of the 2nd respondent society dated 15.05.2018 pointing out the various acts of mismanagement, misappropriate and misfeasance of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the 2nd respondent society and take appropriate action in accordance with law

against the 2nd respondent society after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 2nd respondent society, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
