Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.30546/2018/C2 dated 14.09.2018 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultravires and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to renew the license for possession of the SMBL gun in license No.H.H.122 and UIN No.31560002049882014 for a period of 01.01.2018 to 31.12.2020 and subsequently register the same in NDAL-ALIS website registry with connected records.
