ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous as this writ petition was filed questioning the suspension of the petitioner from service, however, the petitioner was subsequently terminated from service. Since the petitioner has to question the termination order, the cause of filing the present writ petition does not survive any more.

2.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
