ORDER

By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of his representation dated 25.07.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 25.07.2018 forbearing the respondents 1 &2 from issuing the patta to respondents 3 to 5 herein, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. It is also stated that patta standing in the name of the petitioner was cancelled and it is now under change before the District Revenue Officer.

4. Heard Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner respondents 3 to 5 herein and also after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 3 to 5 herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
