ORDER
Challenging the certificate of registration granted in favour of the 4th respondent dated 28.01.2015, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel, appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that earlier, challenging the very same impugned certificate, the petitioner filed a writ petition in W.P.No.37842 of 2015 and the same has been disposed of by an order of this Court dated 06.10.2021. Now, suppressing the said fact, once again challenging the very same order, the present writ petition has been filed. He has also produced the copy of the said order.
3. On perusal of the order in W.P.No.37842 of 2015 shows that challenging the very same order dated 28.01.2015, the said writ petition has been filed and the same has been disposed of. Hence, the petitioner cannot maintain this writ petition against the very same order and the same is liable to be dismissed.
