O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition filed to set aside the order dated 25.09.2018 passed by the Learned II Additional Family Court, Chennai in E.A.No.24 of 2018 in E.P.No.31 of 2016.
2. In continuation of earlier order of this Court dated 21.12.2018, the learned counsel for the respondent herein had handed over a Demand Draft No.037780 dated 27.12.2018 for a sum of Rs.2,65,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs sixty five thousand only) to the learned counsel for the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement, acknowledging the receipt of the Demand Draft.

From a perusal of the calculation memo filed before this Court, it is seen that earlier, a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- was paid by the respondent to the petitioner herein by including and the present Demand Draft for Rs.2,65,000/-, the entire arrears for interim maintenance has been settled. As such, no further orders are required in the present case, challenging the conditional order passed by the II Additional Family Court, Chennai in E.A.No.24 of 2018.
4. It is made clear that the respondent shall continue to pay the interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to the petitioner herein, till the disposal of the main petition. Since, the Original Petition is pending from the year 2010 onwards and the trial has also been commenced, the learned II Additional Family Judge shall endeavor to complete the proceedings in O.P.No.374 of 2010 and as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
