This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.615 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pallavaram Police Station and to quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted during the pendancy of this petition, the law enforcing agency completed the investigation and filed charge sheet, however, it has not yet been taken on file by the concerned Court.
3.While such being the position, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner as well as the second respondent are willing to compromise themselves and they are not interested to pursue the matter further.
4.In view of the above, this Court permits the petitioner as well as the second respondent to appear before the first respondent and give consent for compromise, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the law enforcing agency shall decide the matter in accordance with law.
5.This criminal original petition is accordingly disposed of.
