This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed in Unnum.IA.Sr.No.5589/14.09.2018 in Ind.OP.No.31 of 2015 dated 09.10.2018 by the Court of the District Judge, District Court No.II, 2.

When the matter was listed on 02.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 06.07.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 06.07.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
