The petition is filed to direct the first respondent to appoint an investigation officer not below the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police and direct the investigating officer to investigate the petitioner's complaint dated 13.10.2017 & register criminal case and to transfer all the complaints including the complaint enquired by the third respondent to the newly appointed investigating officer for the effective

investigation and to complete the investigation. 2.Mr.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on a complaint received from one Radhakrishnan, the crime has been registered in Crime No.515/2018, in which the petitioner is arrayed as first accused on the file of C.C.B., Chennai.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition cannot be granted. Hence, the petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
