Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the surety for the order passed in the anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.NO.20462 of 2018 dated 31.08.2018 in Cr.No.339 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent Police Station, Kanchipuram District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to grant extension of time to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P No.20462 of 2018 dated 31.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: " the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai and further period of two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court from the date on which the order copy made ready". -sd/- 19/11/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
