This petition is filed to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 remained exparte before the Tribunal and no notice is necessary for them.

3.Mr.J.Chandran, the learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent.

4.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the delay of 147 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to serve typed set of papers to the counsel for the third respondent.
