Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent culminating the impugned notification No.7/MRB/2018 dated 25.09.2018 from the file of first respondent herein and quash the clause 6 B (iii) is unjust and improper and unreasonable and further direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to appear in the competitive examination to be held on 09.12.2018. The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition, is to permit the writ petitioner to appear in the Competitive Examination held on 09.12.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the writ petitioner would have participated in the written examination pursuant to the interim order.
3. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner participated in the written examination and secured 37.50 marks. In view of the fact that the relief sought for, has already been redressed and the writ petitioner had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
already participated in the written examination held by the respondents.
4. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. The case of the writ petitioner is to be considered along with all other candidates who had participated in the process of selection.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
