ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 24.11.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.41338 of 2016, in

and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition in W.P.No.41338 of 2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation dated 01.08.2016 given by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eights weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondents. Since the said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondents, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed.
