ORDER

Heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Maharaja, learned Additional Government Pleader (HR&CE) appearing for the respondent Contemnor and it is represented that the order which is the subject matter of contempt has been complied

with in the form of rejection order dated 07.12.2018 in Na.Ka.No.558/2016/A6-2 passed by the office of the Assistant Commissioner, HR and CE, Dharmapuri.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that despite documents being furnished, the same has not been taken into consideration while rejecting the said petition.

3. It is to be noted at this juncture that the order which is the subject matter of contempt has merely directed the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner.

4. In the light of the said fact, nothing remains for further adjudication in this contempt petition and therefore, it is closed. If the petitioner is so advised, he is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings dated 07.12.2018 in accordance with law, before the competent forum. 29.03.2019 sk
