A.No.300 of 2019 in C.S.1196 of 2009 N.SESHASAYEE.J., The application has been filed to grant permission to implead the necessary parties in the above said civil suit.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application stands allowed. R4 and R5 are now directed to be impleaded as defendants 4 and 5.

3.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is required to carry out necessary amendment to the cause list of the plaint latest by 10.02.2023.
