(CR.NO.9/2007) Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the said Magistrate Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30am until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.NOS.2009, 2011 & 2013 OF 2017 in CRL.RC.NOS.178, 179 & 180 OF 2017 dated 07/09/2017 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.R.APPASWAMEE, Advocate for the petitioner [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court has passed orders on 07.09.2017 in Crl.M.P.Nos.2009, 2011 and 2013 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.Nos.178 to 180 of 2017, inter alia imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Vellore, on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court, has been complied with till date, which fact has not been disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on him vide order dated 07.09.2017 in Crl.M.P.Nos.2009, 2011 and 2013 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.Nos.178 to 180 of 2017.

by the learned counsel on either side that the petitioner has been duly complying with the condition imposed by this Court on 07.09.2017, till recently, the condition as imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the same shall be removed.
5. Crl.M.P.Nos.15715, 15717 and 15724 of 2018, are ordered accordingly.
