By order dated 05.12.2018, this Court had appointed one Mr.S.L.Sudarsanam, Advocate as Advocate Commissioner to seize and possess the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant sought for extension of time for execution of order by the Advocate Commissioner. Accordingly, time is extended finally for a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
