Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, dated 30.11.2018, whereby Mr.S.Karthikesan, learned Advocate, who has been appointed as an Advocate Commissioner, on receipt of the warrant has proceeded to execute the same. Accordingly, he seized the vehicle in question and in fact handed over the vehicle to the applicant company and the receipt of the vehicle is acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would further submit that, thereafter the issue had been settled between the parties and the vehicle seized has also been returned back to the respondent.

3. In this context, the learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report, where he has stated the efforts taken by him. Along with the report, he has filed memo seeking Additional remuneration.

4. Considering the efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner to execute the warrant, this Court is inclined to allow the additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), which shall be paid by the applicant company to the Advocate Commissioner, within a period of one week from the http://www.judis.nic.in date of receipt of a copy of this order.
