ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the relief to withdraw H.M.OP.No.218 of 2018 now pending on the file of Family Court, Trichy and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard, Mr.P.Kandasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.Gemma Hepsi Beulah, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the respondent made an endorsement that she has no objection to allow this petition and for transferring the case in H.M.OP.No.218 of 2018 from the file of Family Court, Trichy to the file of Family Court, Chennai. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The petition in H.M.OP.No.218 of 2018 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Trichy and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai, The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.OP.No.218 of 2018 to the file of the Family Court, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of records, the learned Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
