ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to execute the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8994 of 2018 dated 22.03.2018 and to register case for the complaints dated 30.01.2018.

2.This Court passed an order dated 22.03.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.8994 of 2018, wherein, the respondent police was directed to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner in accordance with the Judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others, (2013 (6) CTC 3553).

3.Inspite of the direction given by this Court, since no action was taken by the respondent police, this petition has been filed seeking for appropriate direction.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have registered an FIR against the accused persons in Crime No.1325 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 448, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC.

5.In view of the above, no further directions are required to be given by this Court. The third respondent police shall carry on with the investigation effectively and shall file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
