O R D E R

Challenging the order passed by the Executing Court ordering for attachment of salary, the present revision has been filed by the petitioner.

2. The revision petitioner is the 4th judgment-debtor who stand before the Executing Court. One Ravi has misused the documents and shown as guarantor for the loan availed by the principal borrower. In the arbitration proceedings, notice has been served to the revision petitioner. Thereafter, the award has not been challenged. The award has become final. The Executing Court has rightly ordered for attachment of salary.

3. On perusal of the records, this Court is of the view that without any substance, as a matter of right, the petitioner cannot challenge the order passed by the Executing Court, particularly, when the order has been passed to realise the award amount.

4. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.06.2025 uma To The X Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai.
