The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the impugned order of suspension had been revoked by the authorities concerned in proceedings dated 23.1.2019. This being the factum, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished. Thus, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
