ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.314 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sholinghur Police Station, Vellore District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the entire complaint is false and it has been given as a counter-blast to the earlier complaint given by the petitioner, which has been registered in Cr.No.314 of 2018.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police are investigating both the cases and a final report will be filed shortly.

4. Since there is a counter case, this Court cannot interfere with one of the FIR. Both the FIR will have to investigated in order to find out the real truth. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be in Cr.No.313 of 2018 and Cr.No.314 of 2018, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
