Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that (a) The petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.530 of 2018, before the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without prejudice to his rights in CRL.OP.NO.24306 OF 2018 dated 11/10/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.AJIMATH BEGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. B.ARULMOZHIMARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
