ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to hold an enquiry on complaint dated 27.10.2018 and take appropriate action against respondents 2 and 3.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, till date, the respondent Police have not registered an F.I.R. Therefore, this petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent Police to hold an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 27.10.2018 and register an F.I.R.

3. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, the petition of this nature is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

maintainable before this Court. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
