(1) of Tamil Nadu Building (Lease and Rent Control) Act, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 07.09.2018 passed by the VII Appellate Authority Small Causes Court, Chennai made in RCA No.281 of 2017 reversing the fair and decreetal order dated 16.03.2017 passed by the X Small Causes Court, Chennai made in RCOP No.609 of 2015 by allowing the Civil Revision Petition throughout with cost.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the the fair and decreetal order dated 07.09.2018, passed by the VII Appellate Authority Small Causes Court, Chennai made in RCA No.281 of 2017 reversing the fair and decreetal order dated 16.03.2017 passed by the X Small Causes Court, Chennai made in RCOP No.609 of 2015.

2. Today, both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent submitted that pending the revision, the matter has been settled between the parties and the Execution Petition filed by the respondent was also withdrawn and possession was also handed over to the respondent and also filed a copy of the Joint Memorandum signed by both parties.

3. Considering the fact that based on the joint memo of compromise, the matter has been settled between the parties and the possession was also handed over to the respondent , nothing remains to adjudicate the matter and hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. form part and parcel of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
