Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders impoded on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.22320 of 2018 dt.11.10.2018.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22320 of 2018, dated 11.10.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
