This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2018 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Attur and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Salem.

2. Today (05.12.2018), when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner making submission that, he is going to withdraw the petition. Further, he made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Accordingly, in view of the endorsement made by the counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
